The hotel has a lovely setting, with plenty of entertainment options for the kids, and the staff is warm and welcoming. On the downside, the rooms need some upgrades, and there were some cleanliness issues that weren't ideal. Overall, it's a good value for the family, but some maintenance could really enhance the experience.
